Individual IDEs, or the All Products Pack
JetBrains sells its IDEs two ways: a licence for a single product, or the All Products Pack, which covers every IDE and the .NET tools in one subscription and includes JetBrains AI Pro. Which one is cheaper depends less on your headcount than on how many of your people regularly work in more than one language.
Say you have 40 developers, and 12 of them move between a JVM IDE, a database tool, and a front-end IDE in a normal week. Putting those 12 on the All Products Pack and the other 28 on single-product licences is usually cheaper than putting all 40 on the same plan. We'll model both and show you the numbers before you commit to either.
Licences can sit with a named user or with your organisation, and the right choice changes what happens when someone leaves. We'll walk you through the difference rather than defaulting you to whichever is easier to invoice.

That means the licensing conversation and the "will this work for us?" conversation happen with the same people. We can advise on YouTrack Server versus Cloud, plan the seat count around how your teams are actually structured, and help you move across from Jira or another tracker without losing your history.
AI in the IDE, on a plan that fits
JetBrains AI comes in four tiers — AI Free, AI Pro, AI Ultimate, and AI Enterprise. Every All Products Pack subscription already includes AI Pro, so some teams are paying for less than they think, and others are paying twice.
AI Enterprise is the one worth asking about if you have a security team. It adds organisation-wide administration and lets you bring your own API keys from providers you already have agreements with, rather than routing everything through a new vendor relationship.
We'll check what your existing subscriptions already cover, and add AI to them on the same renewal date instead of starting a separate one.
